l Shipment of wheelchairs and parts that can be reduced to proper size will be shipped F.O.B. Millington,
Michigan via UPS.
l Gunnell, Inc. is not responsible for any up charges for items shipped Next Day Air, etc.
l Items too large for UPS will be shipped by common carrier F.O.B. Millington, Michigan.
l Inspect all packages for possible damage BEFORE signing the bill of lading.
l Always accept the shipment.
l If there is visible damage, indicate the damage on the delivery receipt and have the driver sign it.
l If, while you are examining the contents of the damaged carton, you come across product damage,
STOP UNPACKING. You must then contact the carrier within 15 days to report the damage.
l Gunnell, Inc. does not assume responsibility for loss or damage in transit if shipments are
